I moved to Marco Island in the mid 70's to work for the Deltona Corporation- the original developer of Marco Island. Here, I managed the Marco Island Yacht Club and the Voyager Motel, known today as the Marriott. In 1987 I joined my husband selling real estate. Having served as the President of the Board of Realtors & named the prestigious Realtor of the Year, I can honestly say it was a great decision! Today, I am proud to say my customers and clients have become my friends as I help them to discover and obtain their "Piece of Paradise" in Southwest Florida. Laurie Grover

Laurie spent 16 years in higher education including her roles as Dean of Admission for two private universities in Philadelphia and as Vice President for Client Services for a national Higher Education Consulting company. While living on Marco, she served as Branch Manager for Bank of America before joining the McCarty team as Group Manager. Her background in management, marketing and client services make her the right person for the very important role of overseeing the listing, marketing, and closings for the McCarty Group sales.

Nancy Brewer

Like so many others before her, Nancy fell in love with Marco Island the 1st time she crossed the Jolly Bridge! Before moving to this island paradise, she spent several years in the corporate environment holding management positions in Sales, Contract Administration and Procurement in her home state of Connecticut.

Nancy’s real estate career began in the fall of 2003 concentrating in pre-construction sales of the Madeira, a luxury beachfront condominium on Marco Island and the Naples Bay Resort in Naples, FL. Committed to providing excellent customer service, her old-fashioned work ethics and strong sense of values are a true fit for the McCarty Group.

Cindy has been a resident of Marco Island for 20 years.
